Upgrade Support Packages Include:

Package A

  • Inventory of your applications and associated hardware and recommendation from support team      
  • Upgrade checklist
  • 4* hours of evening support
    (Monday-Friday, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. EST. Does not include extended  hours.)
  • Temporary run times and licenses required to upgrade and QA applications
  • Consulting on switching from an analog phone system to a VoIP (voice over internet protocol) system

Package B

  • Inventory of your applications and associated hardware and recommendation from support team
  • Upgrade checklist
  • 4* hours of evening support
    (Monday-Friday, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. EST. Does not include extended hours.)
  • Temporary run times and licenses required to upgrade and QA applications
  • Consulting on switching from an analog phone system to a VoIP system
  • Technical assistance setting up a development environment
  • 3* additional hours of evening support
    (Monday-Friday, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. EST. Does not include extended hours.)
  • Consultation on best practices for IVR application
  • 4 days of monitoring post go live
  • Load testing on migrated applications

Package C

  • ‍Inventory of your applications and associated hardware and recommendation from support team
  • Upgrade checklist
  • 4* hours of evening support
    (Monday-Friday, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. EST. Does not include extended hours.)
  • Temporary run times and licenses required to upgrade and QA applications

  • Code review or code rewrite of one IVR (interactive voice response) application

Special Notes:

Customers upgrading to media resource control protocol (MRCP) for automated speech recognition (ASR) / text to speech (TTS) need to purchase new MRCP runtimes, which are not included in the packaged pricing. 

Costs to upgrade Nuance / Lumenvox M&S are not included in this price.
